Registration

I, the undersigned Parent/Guardian, hereby give permission for my child/ward to participate in this event and agree to the following:

1. Medical Authorization: I authorize the Organising Committee and its representatives to obtain appropriate medical treatment for my child/ward in the event of an emergency. All medical expenses shall be my responsibility.
2. Assumption of Risk & Liability: I acknowledge that participation in sporting and related activities involves inherent risks. I release and hold harmless the Organising Committee, its officials, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and venue authorities from any liability for injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage arising before, during, or after the event, except where prohibited by applicable law.
3. Personal Belongings: I understand that the Organising Committee is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
4. Property Damage: I accept responsibility for any damage caused by my child/ward to the venue, accommodation, equipment, or other event property.
5. Code of Conduct: I understand that all participants are expected to maintain discipline, respect, and good sportsmanship. Misconduct or violation of event rules may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the event without refund.
6. Media Consent: I grant the Organising Committee permission to photograph, film, and record my child/ward and to use such media for promotional, educational, marketing, archival, or other event-related purposes without additional compensation.
7. Insurance: I understand that the Organising Committee does not provide medical or accident insurance unless specifically stated. I am responsible for arranging appropriate insurance coverage if required.
8. Supervision: Where required by the event regulations, I agree to accompany my child/ward or arrange appropriate supervision for the duration of the event.
9. Data Privacy: I consent to the collection, storage, and use of personal information for registration, event administration, communication, emergency response, and other legitimate event-related purposes, in accordance with the Organising Committee's privacy policy.
10. Fees & Cancellation: I understand and accept the event's registration, cancellation, and refund policy as communicated by the Organising Committee.
11. Declaration: I confirm that the information provided during registration is true and accurate. I have read, understood, and agree to comply with all event rules, regulations, and decisions of the Organising Committee.
